WishCasting is an online educational platform selling video tutorials, consulting/coaching, e-books and other experiences and materials to teach people how to develop CV, confidence, posture and much more, needed to be an Airline Flight Attendant. It is also a dedicated platform for aspiring Emirates Crew members, full of latest news and trends of the Emirates Airline and the Airline industry in general.

We have NO affiliation in any way to Emirates or any other Airline/entity in the Airline industry.

WishCasting has the full obligation to report and disclose such events to local authorities in compliance with any unlawfulness caused. Such disclosure gives and permits WishCasting and its affiliates to disclose personal information to local authorities for law and civil investigations.

WishCasting also reserves the right to delete, modify or terminate posts and accounts based on the level of negligence and offence the user has shown.
***In this particular case, the user relinquishes his/her right to receive a compensation, reimbursement of his/her purchase with WishCasting and will cooperate with WishCasting and relevant local authorities for an immediate termination of the contract and possible damages caused by such unlawful act.

WishCasting is NOT responsible for monitoring the moral conduct of users on the website and has no obligation in acting immediately on such disruption.
WishCasting however has the right to delete, remove,modify, warn and punish at any chosen time the user who infringed the above rules. ***

WishCasting and the user agree that, anything the user posts or shares and discloses on the website mentioned above in the subsection paragraph's title, is NOT WishCasting's ownership. However the user allows and agrees that anything posted by him/her, may be reused and integrated in WishCasting's site or related channels and sites aforementioned above.

To simplify:
The user (YOU) has ownership over any published content by the user (YOU) him self (as long as he can provide proof of originality and that such content DOES NOT use any of WishCasting's content), but WishCasting has the right to reuse this content at any given time and place. Any comment, post, content of any form a user shares, is responsibility of the user itself. Any related accident and disruption of this contract, following such act will be associated to the user who shared such content. 

To simplify:
Your friend is illegally logged in with your WishCasting account and posts something that violates our Terms and Conditions. You will be punished for any offence or unlawful conduct.

Therefore, anyone having access to a WishCasting account, who bought or uses any WishCasting content and attempts to redistribute or give access, through his own account to other users, will be held responsible and accordingly punished as per the terms outlined above.

You will be able to connect to wishcasting.thinkific.com using your LinkedIn, Facebook or Google social accounts.

If you don't feel safe to do so, or for any reason don't feel like doing so, feel absolutely free to use your email address.

Loss and Resolution for Violations

You agree to hold yourself fully responsible for any inability to use the site's services, for violating any of the terms and conditions mentioned within this contract, violation of rules, laws and regulations applicable in your own country and, you hold wishcasting.thinkific.com and any of WishCasting's directors, employees and third parties unaccountable and NOT liable for any losses, damage costs, liabilities and expenses of any sort.

WishCasting reserves the legal right in these cases, to take any legal matter in its own defense by receiving indemnification by you or any entity who has committed the above violations.

These rights are governed and permitted by the European Law.

The use of the site and services offered by WishCasting are limited and authorized if such terms and conditions are valid and withstanding in the country's jurisdiction where the user/consumer is located in.

If parts of this agreement are considered inapplicable, unenforceable or some parts are invalid in the applicable law, such invalidity or unenforceable parts of the contract must be substituted by another contract with closest match to intent and purposes of the inapplicable contract. Remaining parts of the agreement and contract remain active and in effect.
